HOUSE RULES The accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment/room. The owner is not liable for any loss. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings and shall bear the consequences of any accidents caused by their actions. Please lock the entrance door when inside the apartment/room. When leaving, make sure to lock all doors and windows, close sun umbrellas, switch off lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.), and turn off the water. The property owner has the right to enter the apartment/room in the absence of the guest in special circumstances, in order to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about such entry at the earliest possible opportunity. Damaging equipment or furniture, causing disorder, or disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited. Noise is especially prohibited from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The apartment/room facilities may only be used by registered guests. Visits by non-registered persons are allowed only with prior approval from the host and within agreed timeframes. Bringing weapons, explosive or flammable materials into the property is strictly prohibited. The use of equipment and appliances not provided as part of the apartment/room is only permitted with the host’s consent. Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the host. In case of damage or disappearance of installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment, guests must inform the host immediately. If the damage or loss is caused by the guest, the guest is required to compensate accordingly. It is forbidden to remove any items from the apartment/room (towels, blankets, etc.). In case of violation of house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the provision of services. Please present your ID card or passport to the host upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Office. You are welcome to share any comments, suggestions, or compliments with your host, who is available to assist you from 0 to 24 hours.
